Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using the MoonWise apps for iPhone/iPad or Android ("the App"), made by Maks Raynor (Maksim Ponomarev), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MoonWise provides astronomical and astrological information, including moon phases, void of course periods, lunar days, natal chart calculations, AI-powered astrological interpretations, tarot readings, dream interpretation and mantra suggestions. Some features differ between the iPhone and Android versions.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or at least 16 if you live in the European Union.
4. Subscriptions
- MoonWise has a free tier with limited features. Premium plans are Standard, Pro, Family and Max (monthly), and Yearly Pro.
- Subscriptions are bought through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), and the store's own terms also apply. Prices are shown in the App and in the store before you buy, and vary by country.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid being charged for the next one; on Google Play, cancel before the renewal date.
- To cancel: on iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund rules. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
- The 7-day free trial is provided inside the App, not by the App Store or Google Play.
5. AI-Generated Content
- Answers from the AI astrologer, tarot readings, dream interpretations and other AI texts are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected.
- They are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on them for important decisions.
- If an AI answer is offensive or inappropriate, please report it in the App.
- You must not use the AI for illegal or harmful purposes, including requests that promote violence, self-harm, harassment or hate, or attempts to get around the App's limits and safeguards.
6. Disclaimer
MoonWise is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no claims about the predictive accuracy of astrological information. Astronomical calculations are provided as-is; we strive for accuracy, but minor discrepancies may occur.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including reverse engineering it, accessing it or our servers without authorisation, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design and functionality in MoonWise are the property of Maks Raynor (Maksim Ponomarev) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MoonWise and Maks Raynor (Maksim Ponomarev) are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions made on the basis of astrological or AI-generated content.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the date above when we do, and tell you in the App if the changes are significant. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
